Malware Collection

Below is a selection of malware....ALL of which are removable from your PC, Laptop, etc. Most can be removed using software but some require more drastic measures - such as removing the Hard Disk Drive from the machine. After the malware is removed quite often the operating system may also need to be repaired - a favorite being the file associations need resetting as very little now opens with the correct program.

Notice also how some malware looks suspiciously like another - just re-vamped for the next year.

Despite Macs having considerably fewer nasties written for them there are still a few about....see the example at the bottom of the page. Macs are great carriers of viruses which is to say they pass them on to PC users without neccessarily being affected themselves.
